These terms govern your use of portexaifs.com and the Portexa platform ("the service"), provided by Portexa Investment & Financial Services Pvt. Ltd. ("Portexa", "we"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.
Your account
- Give accurate details and keep them up to date. One account is for one person.
- Keep your password to yourself. Your plan allows a set number of devices; signing in beyond it asks you to confirm or to sign another device out.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account.
Plans, trials and payment
- All plans include the features listed on the pricing page.
- A trial is offered once per person, verified by phone and email.
- Paid plans are billed for the period you choose, through the payment provider you select.
Using the content
- The analysis, scores, research and data on Portexa are for your own use. Do not copy, resell, republish or systematically download them, or use automated means to extract them.
- Market data comes from the Nepal Stock Exchange and other public sources and may be delayed or contain errors. We work to keep it accurate but cannot guarantee it.
- Nothing on Portexa is investment advice. Read the risk disclaimer.
Community
You are responsible for what you post. Do not post anything unlawful, misleading, abusive, or intended to manipulate the price of a security. Moderators may edit or remove posts and suspend accounts that break these rules.
Availability
We aim to keep Portexa available, especially during market hours, but the service may be interrupted for maintenance or by events outside our control. We may change or discontinue features.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Portexa is not liable for any loss arising from decisions made using the service, from errors or delays in data, or from interruptions to the service.
Ending your use
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal.
