Current Market Rules
Settlement
CDSC’s published procedure describes a T+2 settlement cycle. Follow the applicable payment, securities-delivery and holiday instructions; do not treat this as an unconditional calendar-day deadline. Read CDSC’s procedure.
Charges, tax and corporate actions
Check the applicable investor category, effective schedule and official event notice. The fixed charges in the beginner exercise are fictional. Portexa’s Tax & Fees calculator uses the configured fee schedule; reconcile a real trade with the broker contract note.
Three different kinds of evidence
- Regulatory requirement
- An applicable rule with an authority, effective date and scope.
- Peer benchmark
- A comparison with a stated sector, reporting period and group.
- Portexa analytical score
- An internal method that depends on its inputs and evidence coverage. It is not a regulatory approval or guaranteed return.
